Our stick is safe to use for up to 3 years from the manufactured date. You’ll be able to find the expiry date and the batch number on the bottom of the box. Once opened use within 12 months.

How many times should I use the styling stick?
You can use the Mula styling stick as often as needed, its gentle enough for daily styling.
Is it safe for people with nut allergies?
The formula contains sweet almond oil and our products may contain traces of nuts, therefore we do not advise you to use if you suffer with allergies or sensitivities.
Has the balm been tested?
Hair Veda’s products has been examined at an independent testing facility and the results have been approved and certified by an independent professional to verify that they are safe to use. It has passed all safety tests required for selling however, we strongly advise conducting a patch test before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Can this be used on wet hair?
For best results, apply the Mula Styling Stick to dry hair, the balm is designed to smooth, shape and set your look which will work most effectively on dry strands.
What does the styling stick smell like?
As our products are completely natural, you should expect the oils to smell of the essential oils listed in the ingredients section. We chose not add in any additional ingredients to alter or improve the aroma of our oils as we wanted to keep them 100% natural and to focus on it's intended core purpose.
Does it help with medical conditions?
Hair Veda is a cosmetic over the counter product therefore, we do not advise that it can be used as a solution to any medical issues. Please consult your GP for the best course of action for you.
Can it be used on lashes or eyebrows?
We do not recommend using our styling stick on your lashes or brows as these oils have not been designed or tested on these areas and these areas can be more sensitive. For eyebrow growth, you can use our specially formulated Akshi Brow Oil, designed specifically for eyebrow nourishment and growth.
What's the difference between the Avani and Sabal hair oil?
Both Avani and Sabal Hair Growth Oils help to Regrow, Repair and Strengthen scalp hair. Avani is recommended for those with mild-moderate hair loss and for those wanting to improve or maintain good hair health. Sabal is an extra strength hair oil which is recommended for those who suffer with severe hair loss. Due to the addition of garlic, it specifically helps to boost growth however, this oil does possess a garlic aroma which some users may find strong.

Can I change or cancel my order?
All sales are final however, if you have entered your address incorrectly or have any issues, please get in touch via info@hairveda.co.uk. You have 1 hour after completing your purchase to request a cancellation or edit the delivery address. Once the order has been marked as dispatched, unfortunately no amendments can be made but please do email us incase we can help.
Can I refund my order?
We would like all our customers to be happy with their purchase and therefore are able to offer a refund (excluding shipping), refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or a replacement.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging. We advised using a tracked postage service when sending the return to ensure it reaches us. If you are eligible for a refund, we will email to notify you and the refund will be processed and credited automatically to the original payment method. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I exchange my order?
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this has occurred please send us an email at info@hairveda.co.uk and we can will give further instructions to rectify this.
