UK Shipping

We aim to get your Hair Veda favourites to you as quickly as possible!

All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

* Delivery timeframe: 2–3 working days after dispatch.

* Tracking: Your tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

* Free delivery: Available on UK orders over £40.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, bank holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Where Is My Order?

You can track your parcel using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

For delivery updates, tracking enquiries or requests to divert or amend your delivery, please contact Royal Mail directly using your tracking reference, as we are unable to intervene or make changes on your behalf.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of Royal Mail. While we cannot control courier delays, we will do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please check your tracking information and allow for any potential postal delays. We can raise an enquiry with Royal Mail once the relevant timeframe has passed. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you need to amend your address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend the delivery address.

International Shipping

For international orders, delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination. Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
