How to Use
Use daily, gently comb from ends first working your way up to the roots to prevent breakage and minimise shedding
Clean regularly in warm soapy water for 3 minutes and air dry.
Do not use in the shower as this will alter the structural integrity of the wood.

Our oils are safe to use for up to 3 years from the manufactured date and you will be able to find this date and batch number on the bottom of the box.
A mild tingling or itching sensation may occur due to increased circulation, but in the unlikely event of irritation and discomfort, discontinue use.
To be used for external use only and do not use around the eyes, mouth or on any broken skin.

How many times should I use the oils for?
We recommend using the 2-3 times a week, leave on for 30 minutes to a few hours and then shampoo and condition as normal. We recommend doing a patch test first before continued use.
Is the oil safe for people with nut allergies?
The formula does not contain any nut derived oils however, our oils may contain traces of nuts and therefore we do not advise you to use, if you suffer with allergies or sensitives.
How should I use the oil?
Our oils are most effective when applied warm. Take a few drops of the oil, warm and gently massage into the roots and scalp (do not rub/excessively massage to avoid manual hair pulling). Additionally, you can take a few extra drops and run this through the lengths of your hair.
Have the oils been tested?
Hair Veda has been examined at an independent testing facility and the results have been approved and certified by an independent professional to verify that they are safe to use. It has passed all safety tests required for selling however, we strongly advise conducting a patch test before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Can I use this on wet hair?
Yes you can, our Neem comb can be used on both dry and wet hair, the wide teeth make it ideal for detangling the hair but always be gentle with wet hair as its more vulnerable for breakages.
How do I clean the comb?

What's the difference between the Avani and Sabal hair oil?
Both Avani and Sabal Hair Growth Oils help to Regrow, Repair and Strengthen scalp hair. Avani is recommended for those with mild-moderate hair loss and for those wanting to improve or maintain good hair health. Sabal is an extra strength hair oil which is recommended for those who suffer with severe hair loss. Due to the addition of garlic, it specifically helps to boost growth however, this oil does possess a garlic aroma which some users may find strong.
Does it help with medical conditions?
Hair Veda is a cosmetic over the counter product therefore, we do not advise that it can be used as a solution to any medical issues. Please consult your GP for the best course of action for you.
Can it be used on lashes or eyebrows?
We do not recommend using our hair oil on your lashes or brows as these oils have not been designed or tested on these areas and these areas can be more sensitive. For eyebrow growth, you can use our specially formulated Akshi Brow Oil, designed specifically for eyebrow nourishment and growth.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All sales are final however, if you have entered your address incorrectly or have any issues, please get in touch via info@hairveda.co.uk. You have 1 hour after completing your purchase to request a cancellation or edit the delivery address. Once the order has been marked as dispatched, unfortunately no amendments can be made but please do email us incase we can help.
Can I refund my order?
Unfortunately Our Neem Comb is non-refundable and non-returnable due to health and safety reasons. As this is a personal hygiene product, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the item has been dispatched.
Can I exchange my order?
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this has occurred please send us an email at info@hairveda.co.uk and we can will give further instructions to rectify this.
